Frequently Asked Questions

Q - What are your business hours?

A - Business hours are below, but call to verify we will be there, we may be delivering a camper to your friends! Campers may only be picked up by appointment.

Monday - Thursday 9AM - 6PM

Friday 9AM - 5PM

Saturday 10AM - 5PM

Sunday 6PM - 8PM

 

Q - What size ball do I need on my vehicle?

A - The ball size and height from the ground is listed with each camper. It varies.

 

Q - What type of light hookups should I have?

A - You will need to have either a round 7 pin Bargman plug or a flat 4 pin plug.

 

Q - What do I need to bring to set up the camper?

A - Everything to set up the camper is included in the rental. You will need to bring sheets, food, and anything else you might want to enjoy your vacation.

Q - Can I take the camper out of state?

A - Yes, but the camper can not go to Mexico.

 

Q - How much is insurance?

A - Towables - Natural Disaster Insurance is included in the price of the rental, however you must have current liability insurance on your vehicle.

Q - I cannot find a campsite, can you help.

A - Many times we can assist you in finding a very nice campsite. Give us a try.

 

Q - Do you have other units available?

A - Not at this time. All of our campers are on the web site.

 

Q - You do not show any availability during the time I want, what should I do?

A - Please call us. Sometimes we can find availability the computer can't, or we may suggest a camper that fits your needs very well that you have not considered.

 

Q - Will I get the camper shown in the picture?

A - You are making a reservation for a camper. Your camper may appear slightly different, however we will make every effort to have available the camper you have requested.

 

Q - Do you have a minimum number of days?

A - Yes, the minimum numbers of days varies:

  • The minimum rental charge is for 3 days, 2 days during select winter periods.
  • On NASCAR Sprint Cup weeks the minimum charge is 6 days for travel trailers and 4 days for popup campers. Memorial Day and Labor Day the minimum charge is for 4 days and the 4th of July minimum charge is 5 days..
  • You are not required to keep the camper the minimum number of days, however your rate will not be reduced..
