Rental Policies
These are the rental policies for renting from Campers 4 Rent, LLC.
At the time of rental, a copy will be provided for you to sign.

Sales Tax:
 10% of rental charges.
Insurance:
 Included in rental fees.
Security Deposit:
 $300.00 – due at time of reservation. The deposit is:
1. Held to secure renter’s reservation. DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED ONLY IF CANCELED FOURTEEN (14) OR MORE DAYS PRIOR TO THE RESERVED DATE. All cancellations will result in a $25 processing fee.
2. Held to cover deductible portion of insurance in case of collision.
3. Held to cover losses or damage other than collision.
4. Will be forfeited if unit is returned late, without authorization.
5. If a reservation is made within 14 days of your scheduled pickup date no cancellation is available, however you may be able to reschedule your noncancellable reservation
Repairs:
 NOTE: ANY BREAKDOWNS OR EXPENSES THAT OCCUR BECAUSE OF ABUSE, MISUSE, OR NEGLIGENCE, WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. DRIVE WITHIN THE SPEED LIMITS.
If it is necessary to have repairs made during your trip, receipts and old parts must be returned to us for reimbursement. If repairs involve more than $100.00, you must have prior approval for repairs, before reimbursement will be made. Call 972-734-3636 FOR ASSISTANCE AND APPROVAL.
Drivers:
 Drivers must be 25 years of age or over. Only persons with drivers license numbers listed on the rental agreement may tow the trailer.
Deliveries:
 Delivery is available. The charge is $5.00 per mile, one way. Texas Motor Speedway is $250. Delivery rates include delivery, setup, take down and pickup. Fresh water tanks may be filled for free upon request and final emptying of waste tanks is included.
Violations:
 You are responsible for paying all parking or driving violations. You are responsible for reporting all accidents.
DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE – OUR INSURANCE WILL NOT PAY
Clean-up Fee:
 Trailers are to be returned in the same condition as when they leave the dealership.
INSIDE AND OUT: IF YOU RETURN A UNIT THAT NEEDS CLEANING, EITHER INSIDE OR OUTSIDE, A MINIMUM OF $75.00 WILL BE WITHHELD FROM YOUR DEPOSIT FOR CLEANING EXPENSE.
ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING – SMOKING IN UNITS WILL RESULT IN $75 CHARGE
Holding Tanks:
 Customer may empty and clean out, or pay $100.00 for Campers 4 Rent, LLC to drain and clean them.
Hours:
 Our business hours are by appointment only. The trailer must be picked up by previously scheduled appointment.
Trip Interruption Policy:

Breakdown - If a breakdown occurs that takes a complete day of your vacation to repair, Campers 4 Rent, LLC will deduct that day’s charges from your rental fees.
Weather - Unfortunately we cannot control the weather, if you choose to return a unit early we are not able to reduce agreed to fees.
